About the Firm
Our Story
Founded in Amman in 2012 by Mohammed Al Saadi, Al Saadi Law Firm was built on a clear belief: businesses in Jordan and international clients operating in the Kingdom deserve legal counsel of the highest standard, counsel grounded in authoritative knowledge of local law and shaped by the commercial sophistication that complex matters require.
In 2013, founder Mohammad Al Sa’adi introduced the concept of external debt collection to Jordan’s banking sector — the first service of its kind in the Kingdom. That early innovation set the tone for the firm’s approach ever since: anticipating what clients need before the market offers it.
Over the past decade, that belief has defined our growth and our practice. What began as a focused legal practice has evolved into a full-service law firm advising across fourteen areas of law, supported by a team of qualified lawyers and a regional network that extends our reach across the Middle East.
Today, we advise some of Jordan’s leading banks, real estate developers, publicly listed companies, multinational corporations, and international law firms seeking dependable local counsel. Our lawyers have played key roles in many of the region’s most significant financing transactions, corporate restructurings, and commercial disputes.
At our core, we remain defined by two things: the quality of our legal advice and the strength of our commitment to client outcomes. That has been true since our founding, and it continues to guide everything we do.
Our Firm
Al Saadi Law Firm was established in Amman by Mohammed Al Saadi.
Mohammad Al Sa’adi introduces external debt collection to Jordan’s banks — a first in the Kingdom — alongside the launch of the firm’s online client platform, the first of its kind by a Jordanian law firm.
The firm broadened its regional network, strengthening its ability to support cross-border matters across the Middle East.
The firm established its Alternative Dispute Resolution practice, expanding its capabilities in arbitration, mediation, and negotiated settlement.
The firm launched a dedicated corporate governance offering to advise clients on regulatory compliance, board responsibilities, and governance frameworks.
The firm expanded its transactional capabilities with the introduction of mergers and acquisitions services.
The firm introduced insurance advisory and consultation services, broadening its sector-specific offering.
The firm launched its sports law practice, advising on regulatory, contractual, and dispute-related matters in the sports sector.
